Desmond is making progress with his toys. He actuallys hits buttons instead of just spinning them. He also has dad's A-Team van. Simplest toy he has, and it doesn't make noise.

Desmond Stands to Listen to BNL

Dad played his BNL "Gordon" album. About 15 years earlier he was introduced to BNL by his friend Alison. dad gets Des to laugh at the part where Ed sings 'late night record sho-hop". Dad loved this alubm, this band and this song. We'll listen to more of their stuff later.

Dad also rips on his frosh roomie in college who would ask why I sang along to BNL. I then ramble how he was a drug using, criminal d-bag. We all have weirdo freshman roommates. It's like a rite of passage.

He is a clown performing for our amusement. Uncle Eric was a bit of a nervous spazz this day as the Pats nearly choked away a home playoff game to the Ravens. It's Ok since they choked away the Super Bowl 2 weeks later. Desmond's magic sweatshirt couldn't bail them out.
